Electronics Repair Technician

A manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC is looking for a Electronic Repair Technician. They are looking to interview candidates ASAP. This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Friday. salary: $45,760 - $52,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Ability to diagnose electronic circuit board failures to the component level. Perform component-level repairs, including replacing defective electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, relays, connectors, and power devices. Use diagnostic equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies to identify faults. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Conduct functional testing and quality inspections on repaired boards to verify proper operation. Basic to intermediate soldering and desoldering skills for through-hole and surface-mount components. Maintain repair records and inventory of replacement components. Follow company quality standards and safety procedures. Log all work as it arrives and departs.
