We are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our Inpatient Transplant Surgery team at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. MedStar Georgetown Transplant Institute is one of the largest liver transplant centers in the nation, with more than 100 transplants a year. We transplant patients faster than any other center in the region.

This position is inpatient only, 13-hour shifts, 12 shifts every 4 weeks; includes weekend(s) and select holidays.

There is no OR time in this role.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current or eligible Maryland Nurse Practitioner licensure
• Previous experience in Interventional Radiology, surgery, critical care, hospital medicine, or a procedural specialty preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

This position has a hiring range of USD $115,000.00 - USD $190,000.00 /Yr.
