PROPERTY MANAGER

DESCRIPTION Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Mesquite a 200-Unit Senior Living CommunityThis position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 200 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredAt least, 3 years experience in a property management positionCAM certification preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products requiredValid Texas Driver's license and auto insurance requiredMust have senior living experience.
