Data Entry AssistantOur client is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to environmental initiatives to identify a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant. This position supports accurate recordkeeping and information management efforts across departments.The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in internal systems. Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data across various platforms with a high degree of accuracy.Perform regular audits to ensure completeness and correctness of information.Support internal teams by maintaining organized digital records.Assist with generating reports and summaries based on collected data.Maintain data integrity by following company protocols and data management standards.Qualifications:Previous experience in a data entry or administrative support role.Strong typing skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AMS preferred (ideally iMIS)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.Bachelor's degree is preferred, experience can compensate.Perks:Contribute to a mission-driven organization.Collaborative and inclusive work culture.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
