A well-established AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join its Pittsburgh office and support a fast-paced business immigration practice. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, enjoys managing high-volume employment-based immigration matters, and is looking for long-term growth with a collaborative legal team.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications with USCIS and other government agencies
• Handle business immigration matters including H-1B petitions, PERM cases, and consular processing matters
• Gather and organize supporting documentation for immigration filings
• Prepare forms, legal documents, and case materials with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams regarding case updates and documentation needs
• Track deadlines and maintain organized immigration case files
• Manage multiple active matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Assist attorneys with overall case preparation and filing support

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Relevant business immigration paralegal experience required

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of immigration paralegal experience, ideally within business immigration
• Strong experience with PERM, H-1B, and consular processing matters
• Experience preparing and managing employment-based immigration filings from start to finish
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with INSZoom preferred
