The Residential Solar Installer is responsible to assist with the solar installation process and to ensure highest quality installation possible.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Able to install conduit for attic and roof worksites.
- Ensure attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.
- Participate in required training programs
- Use the proper safety equipment for safe installation practices as directed.
- Maintain knowledge of code.
- Perform Installations with the highest level of craftsmanship and workmanship.
- Be efficient and productive during installations.
- Follow instructions of the Residential Solar Foreman.
- Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures.
- Perform all installation duties.
- Ensure accuracy of your own time as recorded by the Solar Foreman.
- Maintain excellent lines of communication.
