Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant Position

We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy, and motivated PT/PTA to join our team and provide women’s pelvic floor physical therapy as part of their caseload. On‑site and online training (Herman & Wallace) will be available if you are not currently practicing pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional intervention to all patients.
• Adhere to the Balance Solutions systems and clinic procedures.
• Promote and encourage wellness and maintenance care.
• Co‑manage patients with physical therapists, assistants, and massage therapists.
• Embody professionalism and serve as a role model for team members.
• Achieve and be accountable for clinical and non‑clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management.
