About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Respiratory – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Zanesville, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend required, no call

Highlights:

• Primary assignment on Respiratory unit with occasional float to various Med-Surg specialties including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg
• 13-week contract with night shift schedule
• Epic EMR system in use – current proficiency is mandatory
• Telemetry monitoring required; competency testing conducted on day one
• Facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract as needed
• All requested time off must be disclosed and approved at time of submission

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
• Demonstrated Epic EMR proficiency (refresher training not available)
• Ability to read and interpret Telemetry – tested on first day
• Must be available for the specified October 19, 2026 start date (returning travelers within the last 9 months may have flexibility)
