Senior Tax Associate
A well-regarded small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to prepare and review returns, mentor staff, and support active client relationships.
Highlights
- Prepare and review individual, S-corp, C-corp, and partnership returns
- Perform tax research, draft planning memos, and manage workflow for assigned clients
- Mentor Tax Associates and coordinate with managers on deadlines and deliverables
- 2–5 years public accounting tax experience; CPA preferred or actively pursuing
- Hybrid flexibility with respectful busy-season expectations and strong work-life culture
- Interviewing now — hire ASAP for current and upcoming tax season needs
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE
- Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential

- CPE / CPA exam support and professional development
- Hybrid schedule; busy-season intensity with protected recovery time and flexible off-season hours
