Senior Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Manager

The Senior Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Manager will combine Investor Relations and Strategic Finance responsibilities, partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership. This highly visible role will drive financial analysis, executive communications, investor messaging, and strategic FP&A initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership on financial and strategic messaging.
• Lead key aspects of the quarterly earnings process, including scripts, Q&A, market research, and executive briefing materials.
• Conduct peer, competitive, and market analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Manage day-to-day Investor Relations activities, including investor targeting, consensus estimates, benchmarking, modeling, and external materials.
• Develop and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and internal earnings presentations.
• Monitor sell-side analyst models and compare consensus estimates with internal forecasts across key financial metrics.
• Lead strategic FP&A projects, translating open-ended business questions into structured analysis and actionable insights.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams on financial modeling
• Present financial and industry insights to senior leadership and international teams. xhyhwjd
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 6 years of relatable experience
• Proven financial modeling skills
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally
• Executive level communication skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in Big 4, investment banking, finance, or investor relations is required
