Job Description We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for our New Port Richey area! Join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay. Position Overview As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You’ll perform a variety of hands‑on maintenance tasks, including: Make Readies / Apartment Turns Plumbing Electrical Drywall Painting Appliances Technician should be courteous to and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders Full knowledge of HVAC systems Requirements Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care HVAC Certified is REQUIRED for this position Must have personal hand tools and drill – bring to site daily; do not leave at property Must have reliable transportation Ability to communicate well High attention to detail Clear communication and ability to follow directions Positive attitude with a strong work ethic CAMT is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
