Clinical Research Assistant

Job TitleResponsible for supporting the MindCrowd Memory Test and serving as a backup for the MobileLab research project. Support primarily includes:Establish organized study files, including but not limited to, regulatory binders, study specific source documentation and other materials as required.Maintain subject enrollment, screening, and protocol deviation logs.Maintain spreadsheet tracking updates to database of all subjects enrolled in research studiesStudy kit building and shippingAnswer study participant emails and phone callsAssist with scheduling participantsBack up for the Mobile Lab may perform this function up to 25% of the time. The Mobile Lab sub-study is a horse-trailer-based wet lab designed to conduct research throughout Rural Arizona. Supporting this project involves traveling to various sites throughout the state to work with participants through a number of activities. The clinical research assistant will travel, set up and conduct research tasks as outlined in the protocol.Requirements:BA/BS or Associates degree with medical experiencePhlebotomy experience preferredMust be able and willing to work a highly variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the studyWilling to travel up to 25%A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required. Experience driving larger vehicles preferred.Must be able to operate and drive a TGen owned vehicle and trailer ("mobile lab") to various locations within the State of Arizona in order to perform patient studies as a backup when neededExcellent written and verbal skills.Requires excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to deal effectively and confidentially with difficult situations and excellent communication skills.Requires excellent time management skills.We are looking for a person who is highly motivated, passionate, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills who can carry out this unique study designWe are a human-centric organization that translates to our employees.
