About The Role For the Sales Consultant/Management Trainee role, we are seeking a confident, passionate, and tech-savvy sales consultant with experience in automotive or related field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related industry, with a proven ability to engage with clients and deliver distinguished, memorable experiences. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Mills Automotive group brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are delivered. What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities - Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and memorable customer experiences. - Be the vehicle expert.
