What will you be doing?

• Resolve escalated customer issues: Handle escalated customer compliments and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Support & mentor associates: Provide coaching to improve problem-solving and product knowledge
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Reduce repeat contacts by resolving issues at the first point of interaction
• Manage workflows & backlogs: Support incident ticket and email backlogs as needed
• Drive continuous improvement: Track trends and provide recommendations on policies and procedures impacting customer experience
