About The Position Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite Psychologist California Correctional Health Care Services Salary: $167,244 (Licensed) $137,952 (Pre-Licensed) In‑person care in an inpatient unit will receive: $192,336 (Licensed) $158,640 (Pre‑Licensed) Recruitment and Retention Bonus: 1% for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% each year up to 7% by year 7. New clinicians may receive up to $30,000 within the first 12 months. Referral Bonus: $5,000 per appointed referral. May contribute to program evaluation and research.
