About Us: At Fox Bros Bar-B-Q, we take pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences, bringing a little bit of Texas to Georgia and leave our guests craving for more. Our kitchen is dedicated to providing tasty authentic food, and we're seeking an enthusiastic Prep Cook to help us ensure that is carried forward at our new location.

Responsibilities: As a Prep Cook at Fox Bros, you will:

Assist the kitchen team in preparing and organizing ingredients before service.
Follow recipes and portion sizes accurately to maintain consistent quality.
Wash, peel, chop, and slice various ingredients to facilitate smooth cooking processes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation standards.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
Uphold our commitment to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:

Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Flexibility in working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
