Water Restoration Technician– Fire and Smoke Restoration
Our client specializes in bringing calm to the chaos of fire and smoke damage. Their mission? To restore homes and businesses with a blend of expertise, empathy, and a dash of humor—because a smile can be the best tool in recovery.
Position Overview: We're on the hunt for an Water Restoration Technician with experience in a background of water,fire, and smoke restoration. If you're ready to be a part of a team that is passionate about customer service as they are about restoration, and you can find the lighter side even when things get heated, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for service enhancement and implement solutions that keep our clients satisfied and our team efficient.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our restoration crews to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous restoration industry experience is a must plus excellent customer service experience. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure.
- A sense of humor—because a little laughter goes a long way in restoration!
