Dental Office Manager

Studio Manager (Office Manager) Seeking a proactive Studio Manager to oversee daily operations in a dental practice. Key responsibilities guiding morning huddles, analyzing reports, auditing patient accounts, completing end-of-day tasks, achieving financial and revenue goals, maintaining a positive work environment, adjusting schedules based on patient flow, reviewing performance results, collaborating with clinical staff on coding, ensuring compliance, and training team members. Qualifications and skills fluent in English, familiar with dental terminology, proficient in basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented, and detail-focused. Experience and education high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 1 year in dentistry, management, and treatment coordination roles, with experience managing patient/provider scheduling. Knowledge of dental software systems (OpenDental, Apteryx, Modento) and CPR/BLS certification are advantageous. Physical and environmental demands ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work beyond 40 hours, navigate a noisy clinical environment, handle infectious materials, operate machinery, and move objects up to 50 pounds.
