Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | New Jersey
Location: Edison, New Jersey
Job Types: Full-time
Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
