Department: Financial Aid and Scholarships Technology Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The IT Project Manager II will generate custom reports, ad hoc queries, and statistical information from large data sets for partners across campus. Maintain a working knowledge of database structure and database development. Develop and implement custom applications within the office using a variety of development languages. Analyze, troubleshoot, and work with stakeholders to identify and resolve aid program related issues. Demonstrate a working knowledge of student ISIRs and COD file imports. Exhibit a working knowledge of University of Arkansas student information system (Workday) and be able to assist other users in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Recommends changes or updates in programming, documentation, and training to address system deficiencies and user needs. Perform other duties as assigned.
