Part-Time Dental Assistant (With Potential to go Full-Time!)

Practice: Lemon Family Dental (Olympia, WA)

Compensation: $26.00 – $30.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Part-Time (2 days/week, with excellent potential for hours to expand as the practice grows)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday availability required (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; scheduled days change weekly)

We operate a beautiful, state-of-the-art office (featuring 2 restorative and 2 hygiene ops) where we focus heavily on patient comfort and advanced treatment. Through our clinical partnership with American Dental Companies, our team gets elite-level administrative support-meaning you get to focus entirely on clinical excellence and patient care, rather than back-office administrative stress.

As our Dental Assistant, you will partner closely with Dr. Lemon to deliver gentle, high-quality general and specialized care (including endodontics, oral surgery, and restorative procedures).

• Chair-Side Excellence: Provide compassionate, seamless chair-side assistance to keep our patients relaxed and comfortable.
• Infection Control: Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments, upholding the highest standards of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Patient Advocacy & Support: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and documentation while adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborative Spirit: Step in to help your team members as needed, keeping our 4-op practice running smoothly and efficiently.

• Credentials: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration with the Washington State Department of Health and a current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification are required. (Note: Experience is preferred, but newly licensed graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
