Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Experience with dental practice management software and digital imaging is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help create a warm, comfortable, and positive experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for procedures.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with Washington State regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and preventive dental health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Clean, sterilize, and organize instruments while following all infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stocking clinical supplies.
• Help maintain an efficient daily schedule by supporting the clinical team and ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Collaborate with the entire dental team to deliver outstanding patient care and promote a welcoming office culture.
