- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory duties in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of state/federal regulations, clinical care excellence, and the ability to manage staff, including recruitment and scheduling.
