This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing for a great work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your own home. You will operate primarily during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services tailored to the individual needs of patients facing diverse mental health conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and reflective of the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate patient care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, providing valuable resources and guidance on treatment options and community support services.

• Comply with ethical standards and legal requirements in practice, including maintaining confidentiality and securing informed consent from clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health illnesses such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will encounter clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of various social determinants of health that may impact mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing direct psychotherapy and mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
