Job Title: Real Estate Transactional Paralegal

Location: Palm Beach, FL

Our law firm client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys in a sophisticated real estate practice focused on commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of real estate deals, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, due diligence, and closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and organize transaction documents and closing materials
• Coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and corporate documentation review
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties
• Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions
• Maintain accurate transaction records and electronic files

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of real estate transactional paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processes
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 – $80,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
