SharePoint Online Engineer

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in SharePoint Online enterprise administration and Microsoft 365 engineering.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building custom client-side web parts and integrations.

• Experience with Power Automate for business process automation and complex multi-step workflow configurations.

• Experience in Microsoft Entra ID permission architectures, role governance, and security group administration.

• Experience with modern intranet UI/UX front-end design, custom branding, and responsive web layouts.

• Experience in PowerShell scripting, taxonomy metadata management, and authoring technical system runbooks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain scalable SharePoint Online site collections, hub architectures, and content libraries.

• Develop custom components and third-party Microsoft 365 application integrations utilizing SharePoint Framework.

• Build automated business process flows and event-driven notifications across enterprise portals using Power Automate.

• Administer security permissions, user access roles, and identity groups in alignment with Entra ID governance.

• Execute environment lifecycle activities including automated provisioning, storage quota monitoring, and site archiving.

• Implement data taxonomy standards, metadata policies, and conduct regular compliance access audits.

• Author detailed technical documentation, architectural navigation maps, and operational maintenance runbooks.
