Freight Flow Associate-5

Position Summary Manage warehouse operations, including forklift operation, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality processes. Responsibilities Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely, following company standards. Receive, organize, and manage merchandise and inventory flow from distribution centers and suppliers. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting sweeps, following hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, including stocking, rotating, and removing damaged goods. Process club pick‑up orders and assist with merchandising and inventory audits. Utilize inventory tools and equipment, track goods, and control shrinkage. Provide member service, addressing needs, providing guidance, and promoting company products. Identify and report inventory and equipment issues, and recommend improvements. Act with integrity, support team building, and promote a culture of belonging. Minimum Qualifications 90 days of prior forklift experience with certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks. Must be 18 years of age or older.
