Quality Technician II Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.30 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Support production and engineering teams with quality issues and technical problem-solving
• Analyze production/process data and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Review blueprints and technical specifications for inspection and manufacturing requirements
• Perform dimensional inspections and maintain accurate quality documentation
• Support SPC, capability studies, quality evaluations, and continuous improvement activities
• Communicate quality requirements to production teams and assist with resolving customer and production quality concerns
• As required, operate/program CMM equipment and assist with fixture/product setup

Quality Technician II Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2+ years of plastics manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and quality requirements
• Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with dimensional inspection, quality documentation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; CMM programming/operation experience preferred
