Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client to support attorneys in managing litigation matters from case initiation through trial preparation. This role plays a key part in keeping cases organized, deadlines met, and documentation accurate in a fast paced legal environment. The position is onsite in Moorestown, NJ and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to active litigation matters. This is a permanent role designed for a detail oriented professional who values structure, accuracy, and collaboration.

Compensation:
$30 to $38 hourly

Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday through Friday, 35 hour work week paid hourly; overtime paid for hours over 40

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:
• Support litigation matters through legal research, fact gathering, and analytical review of case materials
• Prepare and maintain pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and related correspondence
• Oversee case calendars, deadlines, schedules, and document organization to ensure timely progress
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit management and coordination of materials
• Manage court filings and maintain professional communication with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing parties

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:
• Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies, or equivalent legal training
• Prior experience working in a litigation focused legal environment
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems and legal filing processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
