Regional Coordinator

Job Title: Regional Coordinator location : Remote / Assigned Region Job Type : Full-Time Responsibilities : Coordinate EFMP respite care services within an assigned region. Process service packets and support family intake. Contact families and assist with service coordination. Match families with qualified respite care providers. Track provider availability and service status. Maintain required documentation and case records. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Serve as a liaison between families, providers, and program management. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting social service programs. At least 3 years of experience managing remote staff or remote service delivery. Strong case coordination, customer service, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
