As a Senior Relationship Strategist within the PNC Private Bank organization, you will be based in Louisville, KY. Job Description Lead client management activities, developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients. Coordinate with the team to determine an action plan through a thorough discovery of client needs and consistently review needs assessment to deliver an exceptional client experience. Be accountable for the growth of your book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition, proactively sourcing new relationships and capturing expansion opportunities. Manage risk by appropriate client selection, ensuring service delivery aligns with fees and by working with risk partners to resolve client concerns. Maintain timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks and support team processes. Mentor and train other team members and participate in special projects to strengthen overall business. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on client relationship management. University degree, preferably a bachelor’s, with higher education or relevant certifications considered. Strong knowledge of client engagement, financial analysis, decision making and customer experience management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
