Inside Sales Representative - High Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our high-growth technology sales team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology finance from a captive, bank-owned, or independent finance company. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key program manager, supporting our technology sales and business development teams to nurture and expand both new and existing OEM and reseller partnerships.

This position reports directly to the Deputy CEO and is based in our Jersey City, NJ office.

Essential duties and responsibilities

\n

• Drive Growth: Fuel profitable sales performance by supporting originations with existing partners and actively prospecting for new relationships.
\n
• Manage Key Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact and lead program manager for assigned vendor accounts.
\n
• Analyze & Report: Deliver monthly reporting, provide accurate forecast information, and maintain meticulous records within Salesforce.
\n
• Structure & Close Deals: Price, structure, and close transactions, while pre-screening customer financial applications for credit review.
\n
• Collaborate Globally: Support the Field Sales team with credit submissions, document requests, and fundings.
\n
• Optimize Processes: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline program processes and participate in strategic projects focused on continuous process improvement

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in leasing and equipment finance.
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
\n
• Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of leasing and lending products, processes, tools, and the overarching technology finance ecosystem.
\n
• Relationship Building: Proven track record of successfully contributing to and growing vendor relationships within a captive, independent, or bank-owned technology finance platform.
\n
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of credit analysis, as well as lease, loan, and payment plan documentation.
\n
• Analytical Skills: Ability to confidently structure both standard and complex financial product offerings.
\n
• Tech Savvy: Functional proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and TValue.
\n
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, problem-solving, and influential communication skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
\n
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive and maintain high productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\n
• Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

The salary range for this position will be between $100,000 - $120,000. We are required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance
