Health Information Specialist I: ROI & Medical Records
Datavant
Datavant is seeking an entry-level Records Specialist to process medical records requests (ROI) in a timely, accurate manner onsite in San Antonio, TX. You will ensure patient privacy, handle requests via our tracking software, and maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include reviewing requests, preparing charts, responding to internal and external inquiries, and supporting a production-based workflow with attention to data accuracy and #J-18808-Ljbffr Datavant
