Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in sample processing and result reporting.
• Maintain compliance with all laboratory policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Positions Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or bachelor's degree in medical technology (MT) or a related field.
• ASCP, or equivalent certification required.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
