Overview A growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support third-shift operations at its Santa Fe Springs facilities. This role will act as the dedicated HR leader for overnight operations, partnering directly with managers and employees to support employee relations, compliance, engagement, staffing, and workforce management initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large hourly workforces in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments and enjoys being a visible and accessible HR resource for employees working outside traditional business hours.
