We are actively seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to fill the roles of Recruiters and Onsite Supervisors within our organization. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple channels, including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and external recruiting initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for high-volume recruitment campaigns, technical recruiting, and campus recruitment programs.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and facilitate the hiring process in alignment with employment law in talent management.
• Manage candidate sourcing using talent management software (ATS) such as UltiPro or similar HR systems to ensure a seamless applicant experience.
• Negotiate employment terms with candidates and coordinate onboarding processes, including employee orientation and training & development programs.
• Supervise onsite teams by providing leadership, conducting employee evaluations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR legal standards.
• Maintain strong relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing talent acquisition needs.
• Utilize research and lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates through cold calling, social media outreach, and other innovative methods.
• Ensure adherence to HR legal compliance standards while managing HR systems for accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
• Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Experience

• Proven experience in recruiting roles such as executive recruiting, internal recruiting, or external recruiting with a focus on high-volume or technical hiring.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing across diverse industries.
• Familiarity with talent management software (e.g., UltiPro), ATS platforms, HR systems, and employment law related to talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
• Experience in training & development programs, employee orientation, and employee relations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of social media marketing (recruitment) strategies for sourcing diverse candidate pools.
• Background in research techniques for lead generation and candidate identification.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
