Bookkeeper / Accountant
Review and process: Invoices, Lease agreements, Financial statements, Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Work extensively in Excel and spreadsheets. Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Support financial documentation and reporting.

Bookkeeper / Accountant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 29.00 to $ 36.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)
- Seeking a Bookkeeper/Accountant to provide coverage for an employee going on FMLA. This is a 3-month assignment, with potential for extension or long-term placement for a high-performing candidate.
Schedule:
Onsite: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Remote: Tuesday, Thursday - 8:30 AM 5:00
Compensation - $29 $36/hour (DOE) Top candidates will have finance education and experience with NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities - Review and process:
Invoices, Lease agreements, Financial statements, Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Work extensively in Excel and spreadsheets. Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Support financial documentation and reporting.
Bookkeeper / Accountant Qualifications:
Qualifications: Bookkeeping/accounting experience. Strong Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite (highly preferred). Detail-oriented and highly accurate. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner and adaptable. Strong team collaboration skills.
