Accounts Payable Clerk

We're looking for an experienced AP professional to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment by processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and assisting with month-end accounting activities. Accounts Payable Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
Job Duties:
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments.
Ensure invoices are properly coded and approved.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
Assist with AP accruals and month-end close activities.
- Other duties may be assigned depending on needs of the business.
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
- Must have 4-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Prior AP experience in a manufacturing business is strongly preferred
- Experience with Netsuite (ERP system), Bill.com or Divvy.com is preferred
- Must have excellent computer/typing skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must speak/read/write fluent ENGLISH
- Must be able to pass a background check
