Pricing & Payables Data Specialist

At Chariot, strong systems and accurate data are the foundation of our success. This role plays a key part in maintaining pricing, product information, and payables processes that support daily operations across the company.

We're looking for a Pricing & Payables Specialist who enjoys working with systems, managing data, and supporting day-to-day business operations. This role combines pricing administration, ERP data management, and accounts payable support. The ideal candidate is confident working in Excel, maintaining accurate information, and keeping critical business processes running smoothly.

Pricing & Data Management (Primary Focus 80-90%)

• Enter, update, and maintain product pricing and data in SAP and Excel
• Process and maintain high volumes of pricing, product, and ERP data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, sorting, filtering, data cleanup) to process and update pricing files quickly
• Support product setup, item creation, and ongoing updates
• Keep data current so the team can rely on it day-to-day
• Use sound judgment to identify issues, resolve routine discrepancies, and keep work moving efficiently.
• Partner with purchasing and sales teams to keep information aligned

Accounts Payable (Secondary Support 10-20%)

• Process vendor invoices and support basic AP functions
• Assist with invoice matching and documentation
• Cross-Functional Support
• Help streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Bring structure to large amounts of information
• Support the team by keeping systems usable and up to date

What Youll Bring

• 2+ years in pricing , ERP data management, or Excel-heavy roles
• Intermediate Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, data cleanup, and working with large datasets.
• Experience working in ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar business software is preferred.
• Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work without slowing down
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to prioritize and keep momentum throughout the day
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset
