Here's what you'll be doing:
- Processing vehicle-related transactions
- Researching and reconciling accounts
- Verifying the accuracy of physical and digital documents
- Cross training to provide administrative support to office coworkers in deal, licensing, AR, and AP roles
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Here's what you'll need:
- An eye for accuracy, detail orientation, and organization
- A strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, ownership, and problem solving
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior accounting experience, with automotive industry experience preferred
