Senior HR Generalist - Muskegon

Cytiva seeks a Senior HR Generalist for its Muskegon site to drive employee experience through policy execution, complex case resolution, and continuous improvement. The role partners with leaders and associates on performance, relations, and sensitive HR matters while supporting cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders and associates to strengthen employee experience and advance value proposition
• Provide guidance to leaders on performance, employee relations, and complex associate matters
• Support investigations, separations, audits, and legal compliance requests with stakeholders
• Resolve non-standard HR cases by applying policies consistently and fairly across systems
• Drive execution of HR projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent HR experience considered
• 5+ years as HR Generalist, HR operations, or employee relations specialist
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment
• Ability to coach leaders on sensitive matters and promote modern HR practices
• Experience navigating cross-functional systems and data for process improvement
• Up to 10% travel availability for site visits and team meetings

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
