We’re looking for a Jobsite Administrator to support our construction project management team by ensuring seamless coordination, financial tracking, and administrative efficiency. If you enjoy variety in your work, collaborating with a dynamic team, and playing a key role in project success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **This is an on-site position located in New Albany, Ohio** Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Keep projects running smoothly by providing administrative support to the team. Manage communication: answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate construction meetings. Handle subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment applications. Assist Project Managers with budget adjustments, change orders, and reporting. Maintain spreadsheets and project documentation for accuracy and accessibility. Ensure payroll time sheets are processed bi-weekly. Order office supplies for the project site. Adapt to changing project needs, providing hands-on support where needed. Take and distribute meeting minutes to keep everyone aligned as needed. Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and visitors. What You Bring: Interpersonal excellence – Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Tech-savviness – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company-specific software. Financial aptitude – Basic understanding of accounting processes related to construction. Adaptability – Ability to multitask, pivot when needed, and stay organized. Positive attitude – A team player who brings energy and problem-solving skills to the table. Qualifications What You Need: Associate degree in business or related field preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in construction or a fast-paced industry. Where You’ll Work: This role is based on-site in New Albany, Ohio at a construction jobsite , balancing office work with interactions with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. You’ll be at the center of the action, keeping things running efficiently while contributing to project success.
