Position Overview We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals interested in launching a career in sales within the life insurance industry. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity offering performance-based compensation and flexible scheduling. No prior insurance experience is required. Licensing support and structured training are provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities - Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage - Conduct phone or virtual consultations to assess coverage needs - Present appropriate life insurance solutions based on client goals - Submit applications accurately and compliantly - Participate in training and mentorship sessions - Maintain professional and ethical standards in all client interactions Compensation - 100% commission-based compensation - Paid directly by insurance carriers - Performance-based advancement opportunities - No salary or hourly wage is provided Compensation varies based on production, product type, and individual performance.
