What You'll Do:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias
• Access ports, manage arterial lines, and care for central lines and PICC lines
• Administer blood products and medications, including IV starts and chest tube assistance
• Use telemetry monitors and specialized equipment such as GE monitors, Alaris pumps, and Stryker beds
• Support symptom management for oncology patients, including chemotherapy, infection prevention, and fall precautions
• Collaborate across units and adapt to fluctuating patient care needs within the oncology department

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably with oncology or telemetry units
• EPIC electronic medical records experience is required
• Skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, port access, and line management
• Ability to float within units of comparable or lower acuity

About the Assignment:

This contract assignment is based at a leading facility in Columbus, Ohio, serving oncology patients with a focus on quality care and safety. The RN team provides continuous monitoring and symptom management, supporting a patient-centered environment. Shifts rotate to include days and nights, with scheduling reviewed every 4 weeks.
