Position Overview
Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a secure records-management warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
Process incoming orders by scanning carton barcodes and locations using the Safekeeper system

Pull, scan, retrieve, and return physical record boxes to warehouse shelving

Shred confidential and outdated documents following company procedures

Use ladders to retrieve and organize inventory stored in high locations

Disassemble, sort, weigh, and prepare materials for storage or destruction

Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment

Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment, including manual pallet jacks

Follow all warehouse safety, confidentiality, and operational guidelines

Requirements
Ability to read labels and follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and staying active throughout the shift

Basic comfort with computers, scanning tools, and warehouse equipment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

Able to stoop, kneel, climb ladders, crouch, push, pull, and stand for long periods

Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment

Must wear steel-toe boots, jeans, and warehouse-appropriate attire
