Licensed Practical Nurse | Long-Term Care | Clovis, New Mexico, United States
Travel - Temporary Assignment | Start date 06/25/2026 | 5 weeks contract | 34 guaranteed hours per week | Shift pattern: 3x12 Nights (18:00–06:00) | Setting: LTC – Nursing Home. This travel assignment places you in a long-term care environment, providing direct resident care and collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term residents under supervision of a registered nurse or charge nurse.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to facility policy and nursing judgment.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes in condition, and communicate findings to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and resident mobility to promote safety and comfort.
- Document accurately in the resident’s charting system; maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Respond to call bells, collaborate with the health-care team, and participate in resident care planning and updates.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain) and in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar skilled nursing environments preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (18:00–06:00) and meet guaranteed hours for the contract duration.
- Capable of performing essential nursing duties in a long-term care setting and engaging with residents respectfully.
