Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Delaware State licensure or the eligibility to obtain it
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience supporting school-aged children in 1:1 or small group settings
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 therapy and interventions to students with communication and language needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and progress monitor student growth
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student development
• Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active member of the educational team
