Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.16 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by greeting tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site‑specific security‑related procedures. Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor registration and sign‑in processes, issue temporary access materials as directed, and communicate clearly with building staff and authorized contacts. Answer questions, provide directions, and support day‑to‑day front desk operations in a professional manner while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns according to site protocols. Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
