Role Within the human resources team and more specifically the engagement and development team, the Project Manager leads the strategy for employee engagement on an international scale. He/She ensures the radiance of our company culture, the valorization of our know-how and heritage through an ambitious roadmap, in service of the business and rooted in the values of the Chlo Maison. Main Missions Definition and implementation of a multi‑channel engagement action plan Ensure clear internal visibility of the strategy, ambitions, and news of the house Develop attractive and authentic content for various communication channels (social networks, career site, etc.) Encourage a better knowledge of the trades internally Animation of the "Made in Chlo" intranet: conception and writing of articles, realization of interviews, management of photos, creation of engaging newsletters Design and organize internal events promoting sharing, collaboration, and sense of belonging Provide internal advice to teams on major transformation and innovation projects, ensuring the impact on employee engagement. Contribute to the implementation of communication plans adapted to different projects. Ensure performance monitoring and constant vigilance of best practices in this field Profile Sought You have a successful first experience in consulting or in complex, dynamic, and demanding environments. You hold a higher education degree. You are perfectly proficient with digital tools and social networks. You can work independently, manage cross‑functional projects, and coordinate different stakeholders. You have excellent writing and relationship skills. You show a strong aesthetic sense and particular attention to detail. You are recognized for your creativity, curiosity, initiative spirit, and sensitivity to company culture and team development issues. You speak English fluently, both written and spoken.
