Human Resource Information System Manager

Oracle HCM Cloud | Global HR Transformation | Manufacturing Harper Fox Partners has been exclusively engaged to appoint a HRIS Manager on behalf of a global powerhouse manufacturing organisation experiencing exceptional double‑digit growth and significant international expansion. As the business continues to scale across the US, UK, Europe, and wider global operations, this appointment will play a critical role in shaping the future HR technology landscape of the organisation. This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced HRIS professional to lead and support the implementation, optimisation, and long‑term evolution of a global Oracle HCM Cloud environment. The successful individual will support the organisation’s first truly global HRIS rollout, consolidating fragmented regional systems into one unified Oracle HCM Cloud platform whilst helping drive operational excellence, scalability, analytics capability, and future acquisition integration. Key Responsibilities Leading the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation through go‑live and beyond. Driving continuous improvement, optimisation, automation, and HR technology strategy. Supporting HR analytics, reporting, integrations, and system enhancements. Partnering globally across HR, Finance, IT, leadership teams, and external vendors. Supporting future acquisitions, integrations, and global scalability initiatives. Acting as a strategic and hands‑on HRIS subject matter expert. Qualifications Experience within global manufacturing or complex international environments. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability. Experience transforming fragmented HR systems landscapes. Expertise across HRIS analytics, reporting, optimisation, and post‑go‑live support. A proactive, commercially minded, hands‑on approach.
